• Don't claim that you made the design or the species & credit is appreciated where possible
• Preferably, don't just buy the design to sell it for profit. Otherwise go nuts, gift them, trade them, sell them, whatever you want.

General

• Do not claim any Myvstrican species as your own (i.e. that you made the species itself)
• Credit species/design creators where possible (i.e. when asked, first using them, writing their species on reference sheets or character info, etc, doesn’t have to be on every post)

Designs

• You can freely make designs of any species, but you need to get permission to make adoptables.
• You are free to change your designs as you wish. (Change palette, patterns, species, etc)

Ownership

• You're free to trade or gift your Myvstrica characters
• You're free to resell your Myvstrica characters for as much as you'd like, however if there's no extra art, preferably do not resell them for more than you've bought them for.

Usage

• You are free to use your Myvstrica designs as you wish, drawing them, commissioning art of them and setting rules for how other people can draw them
• You are free to make NSFW content of your own Myvstrica characters or ones belonging to other people if as long as they’ve given express permission and are not minors.
• All NSFW content must be properly tagged and kept out of access of minors. (i.e. marked as sensitive, adult, kept to dedicated adult spaces/channels) Anyone found sending NSFW content to minors will be blacklisted and banned.

Commercial use/work

Any sort of work done for profit (designs, bases, 3D models, merchandise, etc) requires my explicit permission.
(it may require royalties depending on the sort of work if possible)

Please exercise caution with derivative work and ask me if you are uncertain, I am ok with inspired works but I'd prefer them to be distinct from mine.

Presently any derivative work with the exclusion of the goobastera is not endorsed by me or done with my permission.
